Name Nicolas Ivanoff Nationality French Born July 4th, 1967 - Ajaccio, Corsica Airplanes Edge 540, Cap 232 Nicolas Ivanoff is a pilot of great potential, flying aerobatics for over 16 years. An iron will, a mix of strong Russian and Greek tempers, he is determined to win. His plane and himself make one, and for the 2010 season, together with his team, he is developing “The Rocket”, a fantastic new plane, gathering all the conditions to win. Nicolas had numerous careers, from being a flight instructor in Corsica, a creative artistic mind, he is before all a dreamer: since his childhood, Nicolas built little planes and spent hours looking at them, hanging from the ceiling of his room. A bit eccentric, fascinated by technology and details, full of humor, he really has his own universe, where he lives freedom on the wings of his plane. Always friendly and the best-dressed pilot during the races, Nicolas is a true fountain of entertaining stories. Fairly talkative, with his delightful French-accented English, Nicolas is greatly appreciated by journalists during the races around the world.
